Turning our optimism into concrete impact to accelerate the agricultural transition

We are proud to present our 2025 Impact Report, which reviews four years of activities by Carbone Farmers.

This year resonates in a particular way for us: while climate commitments may have been reconsidered, as economic difficulties affect all sectors, both agricultural value chains and the Producers, we choose the path of optimism. And through this impact report, we wish to give voice to that optimism.

The agricultural world as a whole is ready to make its transition

In the latest cohorts supported by Carbone Farmers, more than 9 out of 10 farmers see the process through to the end, and commit permanently to the low-carbon and regenerative transition.

Reading this figure, how can one not think of The Shift Project report, who reminded us that more than 90% of farmers were ready to commit their farms to the transition, provided they had the financial means to do so?

The good news (and this is why we remain optimistic) is that the agricultural sectors are ready to support and finance the transition. We see this regularly on the ground: more and more stakeholders are choosing to support and promote produce from farms in transition. This is a very positive sign for us.

More and more companies are looking to contribute to the transition

Finally, we are observing a very encouraging development from large companies.

Their contribution to climate neutrality is becoming more strategic, more demanding, and increasingly concrete and embedded in local areas. Anticipating 2030 deadlines, to generate a tangible local impact, create economic and social value for farmers: financing agricultural carbon wells is gradually establishing itself as a «scalable» solution.

The year 2026 thus opens up new prospects. We believe the transition will take place, and we are ready to support it, accelerate it, and scale it up, alongside all value chains and companies committed to sustainability.
